Can I schedule Google Business Profile posts in advance instead of publishing them one at a time?

Scheduling is part of what the dashboard does: you write the post, set when it should go out, and it is published to your Business Profile from there. That keeps a queue running on days when you are not logging into each profile individually.

I look after more than one location. Do I have to work through each profile separately?

GBP Factory is built to manage dozens of locations from one dashboard, so posting and scheduling are handled centrally. The queue of posts is managed in one place rather than by opening each Business Profile in turn.

Do I have to use the AI content features, or can I publish posts I wrote myself?

AI content generation sits alongside posting and scheduling in the same dashboard, and it is one part of the workflow rather than a replacement for your own copy. You can publish text you have written yourself and use the AI content features on the posts where you want them.

Do published posts live only in the dashboard, or on my Google profile as well?

Posts are published to the Business Profile itself, so they appear on Google alongside the rest of the profile content. The dashboard is where the scheduling happens, not a separate publishing destination.

Are review replies handled in the same place as posts?

Reviews are covered in the same dashboard as posting and scheduling, so replies to reviews and the content you publish are managed together. That avoids running your posting and your review responses out of two separate tools.

Can I see whether my posting is doing anything for local search visibility?

Rank tracking and reporting are part of what GBP Factory does, alongside posting and scheduling. Because the posts you schedule and the local ranking data you monitor sit in the same dashboard, you can look at them together rather than reconciling exports from different tools.

What has to be in place before the dashboard can post to my profile?

A Business Profile has to be connected before anything can be scheduled for it, and that connection is granted from the Google account that manages the profile. Google's Business Profile API documentation lists the prerequisites for programmatic access to profiles, including the account and profile requirements that must be in place first (https://developers.google.com/my-business/content/prereqs).
